Solmai houses an extensive private wine cellar, with capacity for over one thousand bottles of fine wines, champagnes and liqueurs. As passionate collectors of vintages, we are always happy to provide a tour of the cellar. We will make personal recommendations to guests, for both Swiss and foreign varietals, to best accompany fresh local meats, cheeses and specialty produce.
